What is Banella?
Banella is a banana Castella cake — soft, moist, and made with over 35% real, ripened bananas. It’s our modern tribute to the Nagasaki castella, made with natural ingredients and no preservatives.
How long does Banella stay fresh?
Banella is best consumed within 5 days from the date of delivery. Always store it in the refrigerator between 0°C to 4°C.
How should I enjoy Banella?
Banella tastes amazing chilled straight from the fridge or at room temperature for a softer bite.
Does Banella contain artificial preservatives or palm oil?
Absolutely not. Banella is made with natural ingredients — no margarine, no palm oil, and no artificial preservatives.
Is Banella halal?
We are not halal-certified at the moment, but our ingredients contain no pork, lard, alcohol, or gelatin.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred cake size and quantity, then select your preferred delivery time slot.
What payment methods are available?
We offer secure payments via credit/debit cards and selected e-wallets at checkout.
Do you offer islandwide delivery in Singapore?

What’s the earliest I can receive my cake after placing an order?
Orders placed before 8 PM can be fulfilled the next day. Orders placed after 8 PM will be fulfilled the following day.
Why isn't store pickup available?
To maintain a smooth and reliable process, we currently offer delivery only. This allows us to ensure every order is carefully handled, arrives fresh, and lets you enjoy our cakes without the need to arrange meetups or pickups.
Do you do custom sizes or bulk orders?
We currently offer standard sizes, but if you’re looking to order in bulk (e.g. for events or corporate gifting), please email us at [banella.official@gmail.com].
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept physical returns due to the perishable nature of our banana cakes. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
How long does it take to receive my refund (if approved)?
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, but it may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.
