Banella is a banana castella cake — soft, moist, and made with over 35% real, perfectly ripened bananas. It’s our modern tribute to the Nagasaki castella, made with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Each box contains (550g ±) of banana castella cake.

How long does Banella stay fresh?
Banella is best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery and should be kept refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Enjoy it chilled straight from the fridge, gently warmed in the microwave, or lightly air-fried/toasted for an even softer and more aromatic experience.
Does Banella contain artificial preservatives or palm oil?
Absolutely not. Banella is made fresh with natural ingredients — no margarine, no palm oil, and no artificial preservatives.
Is Banella halal?
We are not halal-certified at the moment, but our ingredients contain no pork, lard, alcohol, or gelatin.
What’s the earliest I can receive Banella after placing an order?
We will deliver Banella to you within 2 days of your order. Need it sooner? Drop us a message and we’ll do our best to arrange next-day delivery, subject to available stock.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made via PayNow to UEN 53502545M. Once payment is received, we’ll process your order as soon as possible.
Do you offer islandwide delivery in Singapore?
Yes, we offer islandwide delivery across Singapore at a flat rate of $20. Complimentary delivery is available for orders of $150 and above. An additional surcharge of $10 applies for deliveries to Sentosa.
