  • Banella is best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery and should be kept refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Enjoy it chilled straight from the fridge, gently warmed in the microwave, or lightly air-fried/toasted for an even softer and more aromatic experience.

  • Absolutely not. Banella is made fresh with natural ingredients — no margarine, no palm oil, and no artificial preservatives.

  • We are not halal-certified at the moment, but our ingredients contain no pork, lard, alcohol, or gelatin.

  • We will deliver Banella to you within 2 days of your order. Need it sooner? Drop us a message and we’ll do our best to arrange next-day delivery, subject to available stock.

  • Payment can be made via PayNow to UEN 53502545M. Once payment is received, we’ll process your order as soon as possible.

  • Yes, we offer islandwide delivery across Singapore at a flat rate of $20. Complimentary delivery is available for orders of $150 and above. An additional surcharge of $10 applies for deliveries to Sentosa.
